01 Is the gold real?
Yes. A one-gram bar of 999.9 fine gold — 24 karat — set into the face of the keepsake, with the assayer’s mark on the bar itself. It is the metal, not a plating or a finish.
02 What exactly can be personalised?
The names, the wedding date, one photograph on the front, and the message on the back. The message is the part most people underestimate — it is what makes the object specific to the two people receiving it.
03 Can you send it straight to the couple?
Yes. Tell us where it should go and what the message should say, and it arrives in its presentation box with the ribbon — nothing in the parcel gives away that you ordered it.
04 What kind of photograph works best?
One clear frame with the two of them in it, taken close enough that faces read at a small size. We look at what you send before anything is made and tell you if another frame would sit better.
05 How long does it take?
It depends on when the photograph and the wording reach us, so we confirm a date with you rather than quote one here. If you are working towards a specific occasion, say so in the first message and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
06 Do we have to be marrying through Bridal Edit Studio?
No. The keepsake stands on its own — for a wedding we arranged, one we had nothing to do with, or an anniversary years afterwards.
