What this page covers

These terms govern your use of bridal-edit.studio. They are not the terms of an engagement. If you book us to coordinate a marriage, commission an edition or order a keepsake, that is agreed separately in writing, and those terms govern the work — not this page.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it and share links to it. Please do not copy the text, photography or design for commercial use without asking — hello@bridal-edit.studio, and we are generally happy to say yes. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it, including the pages behind a password.

What the information here is, and is not

The pages describing marriage in the UAE are guidance, not legal advice. We write them carefully and check them, but requirements, waiting times and which authority accepts which document are set by the authorities and change without notice — sometimes between one enquiry and the next.

So: do not book a flight, a venue or a date on the strength of a page. Ask us, and we will confirm the current position for your two nationalities and your timing before you commit to anything. Where a route has a limit — a document that cannot be legalised, a ceremony that creates no legal status — we say so on the page that describes it rather than in a footnote here.

Prices

Where a price appears anywhere on this site it is an indicative starting point, not a quote. The quote follows the consultation, once we know what your case actually involves.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending a form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, an appointment or a place in any queue, and nothing is confirmed until we have confirmed it to you in writing. We answer within 48 hours.

Work carried out by others

Some of what we arrange is performed by licensed third parties — the court or authority conducting a marriage, the officiant, the partners in The Circle. We choose them carefully and stay with the process, but where a service is performed by someone else we say so on the page that describes it, and their performance is theirs.

Availability

We would like this site to be available at all times and cannot promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has failed. Nothing here should be relied on as a communication channel in an emergency — for anything time-critical, write or call.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on the far side. We check a link when we add it; what happens to it afterwards is outside our control.

Liability

We take responsibility for the work we are engaged to do, on the terms agreed for that work. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site — which is exactly why the section above asks you to confirm your own case with us before committing to anything.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

The company is being established in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and these terms are intended to be governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Where you deal with us as a consumer in another country, the protections of your own law may also apply and nothing here removes them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The review date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
