What this page covers

These terms govern your use of bridal-edit.studio, and they explain how payments to us are made. They are not the terms of an engagement. If you book us to coordinate a marriage, commission an edition or order a keepsake, that is agreed separately in writing, and those terms govern the work — not this page.

Using the site

You may read this site, print it and share links to it. Please do not copy the text, photography or design for commercial use without asking — hello@bridal-edit.studio, and we are generally happy to say yes. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of it, including the pages behind a password.

What the information here is, and is not

The pages describing marriage in the UAE are guidance, not legal advice. We write them carefully and check them, but requirements, waiting times and which authority accepts which document are set by the authorities and change without notice — sometimes between one enquiry and the next.

So: do not book a flight, a venue or a date on the strength of a page. Ask us, and we will confirm the current position for your two nationalities and your timing before you commit to anything. Where a route has a limit — a document that cannot be legalised, a ceremony that creates no legal status — we say so on the page that describes it rather than in a footnote here.

Prices

Where a price appears anywhere on this site it is an indicative starting point, not a quote. The quote follows the consultation, once we know what your case actually involves.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending a form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, an appointment or a place in any queue, and nothing is confirmed until we have confirmed it to you in writing. We answer within 48 hours.

Payments

This section describes how paying us works. It does not replace your proposal: what you pay, what it covers, when each payment falls due and on which terms a booking can be cancelled or moved are set out there, in writing, before you pay anything. Where the two differ, your proposal applies.

How payments are processed

Card payments are processed by Network International. Once a proposal is agreed, we send you a payment link by email or WhatsApp. It opens a secure payment page run by Network International, where you pay by card — Visa and Mastercard, credit or debit. Your card details are entered and handled there; we never see or store your full card number or its security code. The methods we accept are listed under payment methods.

Pay only links you are expecting from us, and check that the amount matches your proposal before you do. If a link arrives that you did not expect, do not use it — write to hello@bridal-edit.studio first.

Currency

Payments are charged in UAE dirhams (AED) unless your proposal states otherwise. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge its own fee for doing so.

Confirmation

A payment is complete when Network International confirms it. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, after the payment your proposal asks for at booking has reached us. Where a date depends on an authority — a court or an embassy appointment — it is confirmed once that authority has confirmed it to us.

Deposits and final payments

Where your proposal provides for a deposit, the deposit is paid when you book and secures the booking; the balance is due by the date your proposal states. Each payment is requested with its own link.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel, or to move a date, tell us in writing as early as you can. The cancellation terms in your proposal apply. Amounts already paid on your behalf to an authority or a third party — a court or embassy fee, a translation, a venue, a print run — often cannot be recovered, and we tell you before you book which of them cannot be refunded once paid.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is made to the original method of payment — for a card payment, the card you paid with — and we confirm it to you in writing. How quickly it appears on your statement once we have issued it depends on your bank.

Instalments with Tabby

Where it is offered, you may pay in instalments with Tabby. The instalment plan is an agreement between you and Tabby, under Tabby’s own terms, and Tabby decides whether it can offer you one. Your proposal and these terms apply to the booking exactly as for any other payment, and a refund on a Tabby payment goes back through Tabby.

If something looks wrong

Tell us first — a question about a payment is usually settled faster with us than through a bank, and nothing here affects your right to raise a transaction with your card issuer. Keep your proposal and the payment confirmation: together they are the record of what was agreed and paid.

Work carried out by others

Some of what we arrange is performed by licensed third parties — the court or authority conducting a marriage, the officiant, the partners in The Circle. We choose them carefully and stay with the process, but where a service is performed by someone else we say so on the page that describes it, and their performance is theirs.

Availability

We would like this site to be available at all times and cannot promise it. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has failed. Nothing here should be relied on as a communication channel in an emergency — for anything time-critical, write or call.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on the far side. We check a link when we add it; what happens to it afterwards is outside our control.

Liability

We take responsibility for the work we are engaged to do, on the terms agreed for that work. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site — which is exactly why the section above asks you to confirm your own case with us before committing to anything.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Bridal Edit Studio FZE LLC is registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and the United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms, including the payment terms above, are intended to be governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. Where you deal with us as a consumer in another country, the protections of your own law may also apply and nothing here removes them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The review date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
