02 Can we choose our own venue for the Nikah?
Yes. The imam can conduct the ceremony at a home, a majlis, a hotel or a private venue, and we coordinate the imam, the witnesses and the transport around it. The registration is the same either way.
03 What documents do we need?
Typically passports and proof of marital status, with additional legalised or translated documents depending on your nationalities. We confirm the exact list for your situation before anything is booked, so nothing is discovered late.
04 How long does the process take?
Most of the time is documents and court approval rather than the ceremony itself. Once your papers are prepared and attested, the Nikah is usually arranged within days — we give you a realistic date at the consultation, not an optimistic one.
05 Can international couples marry this way?
In many cases yes — couples of different nationalities marry under Sharia in the UAE regularly. Eligibility depends on the faith and nationality of both partners and is confirmed by the court, so we check your specific case in consultation first.
